· To support business led changes providing guidance and support from a system solution perspective · Support enhancements to the customer journey through system and process review · Support future developments within the application and online journey · Support future product build · Provide support to the Head of Change and Executive in delivering strategic and business objectives relating to Change · · Supporting by planning and where necessary undertaking system field and functionality testing · Supporting and undertaking project/workstream planning where required · Reporting progress of own changes to Head of Change or Project Manager where required · Consideration and input into cost benefit analysis activity · Supporting the production and maintenance of MI · Supporting the identification of new MI requirements in line with business requirements |
