Leading financial services organisation in Gloucestershire are growing their team and looking for a Project Manager with in-depth Business Sales & Purchase experience for a major acquisitions programme.
Delivery focussed and with a demonstrable background in financial services, you will manage, coordinate and deliver an established and agreed risk and regulatory-focused action plan.
The actions require change on a process, system, policy/framework, communication and documentation and guidance level.
You will manage the implementation of processes to ensure that client contact is made prior to business sales & purchases completion, and all letters and client files are uploaded to a centralised system.
Key skills should include:
- Project management and organisation
- Understanding around legal proceedings required in Business Sales & Purchases
- Risk and regulatory awareness
