Based in Bristol, close to good motorway links/train station

Our client is based within easy walking distance of the train station but with parking available on site as well. They are situated near a retail centre with shops, restaurants and a gym. They are also blessed with ample cycle storage, showers and changing rooms making sustainable commuting a lot more doable!

Because they are willing to train the successful candidate (and are not necessarily expecting you to have their entire technical skill stack in place initially), starting salary could be between £35k up to around £50k - it will be skills dependant. They are focussing their search on a good team fit, someone with a thirst for knowledge and desire to upskill.

We have a wonderful opportunity to recruit a web developer for their team. This is absolutely NOT a software house "factory" environment, but more of a well-established organisation with a smaller development team, allowing you to participate fully, establish your place and grow your career.

Having fairly recently made the move over to Azure and Dynamics 365 and in the midst of their digital technology transformation, you would be joining them at the start of a major project, replacing an existing portal and creating a new one in its place. This will allow the new team member to have a strong input into the project and will be involved in some greenfield development with an exciting skill stack using cutting edge technologies on a Microsoft platform - Ideally the successful candidate will have some of the following technologies as well as (and more importantly perhaps) a willingness to learn more and improve their skills - Asp.net 2, .net core, C#, Javascript, Angular, Dynamics 365, Azure devops for code repositories and backlog - servers are hosted on cloud (they use Azure but happy to see candidates with AWS). The work will be mostly web development (client side UX design and server development), and some experience of the following would be helpful if not always essential: Kendo UI, TPC JavaScript API. Experience in using a CMS would be very handy too.
