Desktop Support Analyst / IT Support Analyst

Up to £25k + excellent benefits

Based in Gloucester

12 months FTC

My client is a well-established company who require a Desktop Support Analyst on a 12 months FTC basis.

The IT Support Analyst will provide 2nd and 3rd line desktop support in addition to implementation of a CRM platform.

You will be working within the project team internally and with third-party providers in the support function.

The Desktop Support Analyst will demonstrate competency in computer systems and mobile devices.

You will demonstrate strong communication, problem solving ability to diagnose and resolve issues fast.

Skills/experience required:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Proven expertise in Windows desktop operating systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
  • Ability to perform remote troubleshooting technical support
