IT Customer Support Consultant

Based in Swindon

Up to £350 per day/6 month contract initially

Due to recent massive growth and due to an ongoing mail migration project from Exchange 2010 to Office 365, our client have an exciting opportunity for an IT Customer Support specialist to join their team to help ensure customers are supported during the migration.

With excellent customer service skills, you will be focussed on customer support and incident resolution being a dedicated contact for their customers throughout this process, helping to resolve project related issues.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Good understanding of the Exchange messaging system
  • Desktop support with wide experience of Microsoft Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • The ability to diagnose and resolve problems
  • Techniques to gather and understand customer requirements
  • Experience of working in a customer facing role
  • Creating and implementing processes and procedures
  • Providing technical support - Some 1st and 2nd line support for systems and services
