RPA Business Analyst

Based in Birmingham
My client is a market leading digital strategic consultancy company currently undergoing massive transformation. Due to this exciting time of change, they are now looking for a number of software & system automation focused individuals with experience of RPA (Robotics and Process Automation) to help them drive that change through, not only internally, but also rolling out to their multiple client base. A fabulous opportunity working with new & emerging technology with an international client on what is looking to be their largest and most important programme to date.
This role requires a strong, well rounded and dynamic individual with proven business analysis capabilities to investigate and analyse business activities and processes with the objective of transforming operational service delivery through the application of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and business process re-engineering (BPR). Experience with Blue Prism or UIPath is extremely desirable.
The successful candidate will have senior stakeholder management experience. You will have experience of understanding how people, process's and systems interact and identify where technology (such as integration, automation, robotics) could be applied to improve these interactions, being able to demonstrable ability to work across all levels of stakeholders and third parties within a commercial environment.
You will be tasked with understanding the business area where RPA is potentially to be deployed, assisting in the creation of a business case through an initial discovery phase, working with business area teams, RPA implementation and support teams to ensure the successful agile development and deployment of the RPA solution within agreed timescales and to realise the identified benefits.
Your experience will include:
- Significant experience in Business and Systems Analysis
- Proven experience in eliciting requirements internally and with external customers
- Experience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualisation techniques and tools
- Presentation skills including the ability to sell future processes
- Practical experience of generating detailed process documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with technology implementation teams and bridging the gap between users and implementers
