Our market leading client, based within easy walking distance of the train station and situated near the centre by shops, great restaurants and bars, have an exciting new opportunity for an Implementation Consultant.
Due to recent massive national and international growth, our client have an exciting opportunity for an Implementation Specialist to join their team to help ensure customers get the most value out of their product.
With excellent customer service skills, you will be the dedicated contact for new customers throughout the onboarding process, helping configure the solution to meet requirements agreed in the pre-sales stage. You will help align the product with the customer's IT strategy, identifying, researching and documenting integrations with 3rd party applications.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The drive to organise, prioritise and manage their workload
- Strong teamwork skills
- The ability to diagnose and resolve problems
- Techniques to gather and understand customer requirements
- Experience of working in a customer facing role
- Providing technical support or implementation for software products
