James Taylor, managing director

consultant/account manager. Prior
to founding the company, James worked for a
national agency and the largest regional IT
recruitment group in the UK where he placed
in excess of 500 contractors and was responsible
for achieving fee billings in excess of £1
Million, working with some of the most illustrious
FTSE listed organisations in the UK.
James’ knowledge and experience of working
in all business sectors in different market
conditions has played a critical part in creating
Recruitment Partnership’s early success
from which its phenomenal growth and standing
in the industry today has stemmed.
Miles Thresher, co-founder
and joint managing director of Recruitment
Partnership, brings over 10 years end-to-end
recruitment experience, covering the placement
of contract, interim and permanent technology
professionals. Before founding Recruitment
Partnership, Miles worked in IT recruitment
for a listed blue-chip organisation and, prior
to that, for a number of years as a technology
broker creating EU and UK funded synergies between
technology companies.
Miles has a combined degree in Business and
IT and brings his business management and development
skills to Recruitment Partnership’s
business model: a key component in establishing
the company’s outstanding success and
reputation in the industry with both large scale
clients and highly sought after industry based,
specialist candidates.
